Russia's ambassador to Lebanon, Alexander Rudakov, said that Moscow believes that it is absolutely necessary to form the new Lebanese government as soon as possible, and through national consensus and respect for the balance of interests, in order to overcome the current economic and living crises, which are the most difficult in the history of Lebanon.
The Russian ambassador added, in an interview with the magazine (Public Security) issued by the Lebanese General Security, in its May issue: “We hope that the politicians in Lebanon realize the degree and depth of their responsibility towards the country and the people .. Without this there is no benefit from any Foreign initiatives or bets to win by incursion from abroad. "
He pointed out that Russia is keen on dialogue with all political forces in Lebanon without bias and away from interactions, in light of the power crisis and the economic and social repercussions that the country is witnessing ... continuing: "Moscow is certain that the best way is to deal with matters on the basis of a comprehensive approach." .
He stressed that the stability of Lebanon is one of the important elements to preserve the internal situation and in the Middle East as a whole, pointing out that Russia is using good relations with the Lebanese parties to exchange views in order to bridge points of view as a necessary condition for finding a possible exit to the Lebanese political crisis and the current force majeure.
