With regard to air transport, Nasseri pointed out that there are transport agreements between the two countries dating back to the year 1970, which will be re-activated by organizing at least 4 weekly flights, stressing that Algeria will work to develop border regions, especially since many of them have become officially affiliated with states within the framework of division The new administrative.
He touched on the road linking the Debdab crossing and Ghadames, which has a good status on the Algerian side, in addition to the road linking Gantt and Tinalcom, which agreements will be discussed to work on rehabilitating it, especially on the Libyan side.

He stressed that Algeria is working on implementing a major strategy in the southern region, which includes opening roads and railways.
For his part, the Libyan minister stressed the importance of effective bilateral action between the two sides, adding that "Algeria stood with the Libyan side in the past crisis, and for this we are looking today to strengthen cooperation in view of the potentials of both parties."
He pointed to the need to unify positions and provide services to the Algerian and Libyan peoples, especially in the transport sector, which is the true interface of countries and the basis for communication between peoples.
He expressed the Libyan side's desire to open air transport between the two countries by resuming flights between Tripoli and Algiers, as a start, saying, "The reopening of airlines, the launch of a sea line and the opening of the railways would support the rapprochement between the two countries in the tourism, commercial and economic fields in general."
He touched upon the development of the border areas and the strengthening of the security aspect in these areas, pointing out that the conditions that Libya was going through are now stable and allowed for the return of several international lines.
