President of the Chemical Holding Company: Designing the "model" of the mineral salts plant in the Arab Authority

The accountant, Emad El Din Mustafa, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Holding Company for Chemical Industries, one of the companies of the Ministry of Business Sector, revealed that the "model" of the mineral salts plant was designed in the Arab Organization for Industrialization.

 

 

Imad El Din Mustafa added to "The Seventh Day" that the large factory in El Max Salines Company, one of our subsidiary companies, will be implemented during the coming period, pointing out that studies are being completed, and ways to finance this large project, which will cost about $ 350 million, will be the first of its kind in Egypt, where it represents a major leap to exploit our wealth of salt and bitter solution.

 

A tripartite memorandum of understanding was signed between the Arab Organization for Industrialization, the Max Salines Company and the Delta Company (MSA) for intermediate chemicals, to establish a national industrial complex for the production of industrial, pharmaceutical and food chemical salts, where a technical and engineering committee was formed from all parties to accelerate the implementation steps for the establishment of the industrial complex.

 

The project is expected to represent a major shift for the industry and the company alike, especially with regard to the revenues and expected profits from the important project for extracting mineral salts from the bitter solution of salines, as the revenues of navigation after the implementation of the project will range from 2 billion pounds to 2.5 billion pounds annually, With profits ranging from 400 million pounds to 500 million pounds.

 

It is noteworthy that the head of the Max Company, Major General Alaa Al-Sharif, explained in a previous statement to Al-Youm Al-Sabea, that the feasibility studies for the implementation of projects are still valid with the rest of the parties participating in it, especially as we want to provide financing through the company that will implement the project, which is a condition that gives companies an advantage, pointing out that Once the studies are completed, we will immediately start implementing the general project, which can be circulated later on to the rest of the salt companies that have large salts that can produce adequate quantities of the bitter solution.
